采用烟曲霉(Aspergillus fumigatus)菌丝球吸附水中的富里酸,研究了不同菌丝球培养条件(培养时间、保存时间、培养基成分和葡萄糖浓度)对烟曲霉菌丝球吸附富里酸的影响。结果表明,烟曲霉菌丝球对富里酸有较好的吸附效果;菌丝球培养时间及菌体老化程度对菌丝球吸附富里酸有很大影响;葡萄糖浓度过高或过低时都不利于菌丝球对富里酸的吸附,适宜葡萄糖质量浓度为10g/L;蔗糖可以作为烟曲霉菌丝球的优质培养碳源。研究表明,用10g/L的葡萄糖培养3 d后,新鲜烟曲霉菌丝球对富里酸的吸附性能较好,吸附质量比为5.79mg/g。
