1983年我厂与武汉钢铁设计院联合研制负压风动送样产品,这是一种仿日本引进的先进设备,是一项重要的科研和消化移植项目,国内首次试制。这种产品主要用于炼钢厂的炉前化验。化验的试样装入盒内,以25～30m/s的速度输送到中心化验室进行化验,以便能及时准确地掌握炼钢炉中钢水的成份,进行控制,保证钢的质量。
In 1983, our factory and the Wuhan Iron and Steel Design Institute jointly developed a negative pressure pneumatic sample sending product. This is an advanced equipment imitated by Japan and is an important project of scientific research and digestion and transplantation. It is the first trial trial in China. This product is mainly used in the steel factory furnace test.
