解决锅炉烟气侧严密性和简化炉衬的根本措施之一,是采用全焊膜式壁结构。在炉膛部分,应用膜式水冷壁已有多年运行经验,已作为成熟结构普遍采用。近年来,在对流烟道部分,采用大节距膜式壁作包墙的也愈来愈多,但目前国内尚无这种膜式壁的壁温及应力的合适计算方法。本文对这一问题进行了研究,认为对用作对流烟道包墙的大节距膜式壁,其膜片壁温和热应力的分布可近似地按一维问题考虑;沿鳍片管宽度方向,热流的分布是不均匀的。文中对膜片应力交变的问题及不同的边界条件也进行了必要的探讨,最后,给出了计算这种膜式壁壁温及热应力的计算方法。
One of the fundamental measures to solve the tightness of the boiler flue gas side and to simplify the lining is to use an all-welded membrane wall structure. In the furnace section, the application of membrane water wall has many years of operating experience, has been widely used as a mature structure. In recent years, convection flue part, the use of large pitch membrane wall for wall wrap more and more, but at present there is no such wall-type wall temperature and stress of the appropriate method of calculation. In this paper, we study the problem, and consider that the distribution of the moderate thermal stress of the large-pitch membrane wall that is used as the wall of the counterflow flue can be approximated as a one-dimensional problem. Along the width direction of the finned tube , The distribution of heat flow is not uniform. In this paper, the problem of stress alternation of diaphragm and different boundary conditions are also discussed. Finally, the calculation method of calculating the thermal stress of the diaphragm wall is given.
