目的探讨T2DM合并高血压患者高敏C反应蛋白(hsC-RP)与肱踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)的关系。方法分析对比T2DM合并高血压(T2DM+EH)组、T2DM组及正常对照(NC)组hsC-RP和baPWV水平及其相关性。结果 hsC-RP水平T2DM+EH组(3.5±0.8)mg/L、T2DM组(3.3±1.1)mg/L均高于NC组(1.4±1.0)mg/L(P<0.05)。T2DM+EH组baPWV(2196.1±218.6)cm/s高于其他两组(P<0.05);T2DM组baPWV(2010.9±231.7)cm/s高于NC组(1617.4±198.2)cm/s(P<0.05)。各组hsC-RP水平和baPWV均有较好的相关性。结论 T2DM+EH患者hsC-RP和baPWV同时升高,且二者之间有较好的相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsC-RP) and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in T2DM patients with hypertension. Methods The levels of hsC-RP and baPWV in T2DM combined with hypertension (T2DM + EH), T2DM and normal control (NC) groups were analyzed and compared. Results The levels of hsC-RP in T2DM + EH group (3.5 ± 0.8) mg / L and T2DM group (3.3 ± 1.1) mg / L were significantly higher than those in NC group (1.4 ± 1.0) mg / L group (P <0.05). The baPWV (2196.1 ± 218.6) cm / s in T2DM + EH group was higher than that in other two groups (P <0.05). The baPWV (2010.9 ± 231.7) cm / s in T2DM group was higher than that in NC group (1617.4 ± 198.2) 0.05). The levels of hsC-RP in each group had a good correlation with baPWV. Conclusions Both hsC-RP and baPWV in T2DM + EH patients increased at the same time, and there was a good correlation between them.
