目的综合比较BMSCs和胎盘来源MSCs(placenta-derived MSCs,PMSCs)在低氧条件下的生物学特性差异,为再生医学种子细胞筛选提供依据。方法查阅近年国内外低氧环境对BMSCs及PMSCs增殖、凋亡、分化、旁分泌、迁移和归巢能力影响的相关文献,并进行分析总结。结果适当的低氧环境中PMSCs具有比BMSCs更强的增殖能力,且在低氧环境中PMSCs显示出更强生存能力的同时,也可有效归巢到低氧缺血组织中,分泌大量生物活性分子,同时分化为特异组织细胞,促进组织修复。结论 PMSCs是具有广泛应用前景的再生医学种子细胞来源。
Objective To compare the difference of biological characteristics of BMSCs and placenta-derived MSCs (PMSCs) under hypoxic conditions, and provide a basis for the screening of regenerative medicine seed cells. Methods The literatures related to the effects of hypoxia environment on the proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, paracrine, migration and homing ability of BMSCs and PMSCs in recent years are reviewed and analyzed. Results PMSCs in hypoxia environment had stronger proliferation ability than BMSCs, and hypoxia environment PMSCs showed stronger viability and homing to hypoxic ischemic tissue effectively, secreting a large amount of biological activity Molecules, while differentiated into specific tissue cells, promote tissue repair. Conclusion PMSCs are the source of regenerative medicine seed cells with wide application prospect.
