因涤纶薄膜具有静电吸附性,具较大的抗水性,不易被水湿润,故其表面杂质较准洗脱。离子型表面活性剂具有中和电荷、降低水和涤纶薄膜界面张力的作用,使涤纶薄膜吸附空气中纤维和尘埃容易洗脱;从而提高大输液的澄明度。本文就静电消除的原理和方法做初步的探讨。静电消除原理抗静电剂是一表面活性剂,由亲水和亲油两个基团构成,它主要能使涤纶薄膜表面吸收水份形成水膜,涤纶薄膜表面不可能是非常纯净的;这种水膜必然含有相当数量杂质、离子,使聚合物表面电阻率大大降低,因而防止电荷积累。实验表明0.2~0.5%新洁尔灭能消除静电并能较好湿润涤纶薄膜;明显提高洗脱效果。操作方法: 将涤纶薄膜逐张散开后,用0.2—0.5%新洁尔灭溶液浸24h,倾出新洁尔液,用蒸馏水漂洗数次,置
