在能源互联网的建设环境下,发电企业将会遇到前所未有的挑战,基础前瞻性的科技研究以及科技成果转化将成为发电企业发展的战略资源。如何对基础前瞻性的科技创新人员进行激励,使其为企业的基础前瞻性科技进行研究不断提供源动力具有十分重要的意义。因此,本文首先对发电企业基础前瞻性研究人员的激励机制进行了研究,首先给出了基础前瞻性研究的相关特征,在此基础上,对基础前瞻性研究人员的特征和激励机制匹配进行了分析,在此基础上给出了相应的建议,为发电企业的基础前瞻性研究人才培养激励提供借鉴。
Under the environment of energy internet, power generation enterprises will encounter unprecedented challenges. Basic forward-looking scientific research and transformation of scientific and technological achievements will become strategic resources for the development of power generation enterprises. How to motivate the basic forward-looking scientific and technological innovators so that they can provide the motivation for the research on the forward-looking science and technology of enterprises is of great significance. Therefore, this paper first studies the motivation mechanism of forward-looking researchers in power generation enterprises. Firstly, the relevant characteristics of the prospective research are given. Based on this, the matching of characteristics and motivation mechanism of the prospective researchers Based on this, the corresponding suggestions are given to provide reference for the forward-looking research talents training of power generation enterprises.
