平板裂缝天线具有低副瓣、高增益、体积小和质量轻等显著优点,在机载雷达领域得到广泛的应用。某机载雷达天线阵面尺寸大,集成度高,结构复杂紧凑,精度要求高,导致该天线的工艺设计和过程实现难度大。介绍了该天线的结构特点并进行了工艺设计分析,提出了一种集成制造流程,并具体研究了低刚性、高精度、薄板类零件精密加工、冷板深孔钻及熔焊封堵技术和天线真空钎焊精密成型控制等关键工艺技术。该方案经实践证明切实可行,对类似的天线研制具有一定借鉴意义。
