[目的]探讨细胞周期蛋白G2(CCNG2)在鼻咽癌中的表达及其意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法、Western Blot检测87例鼻咽癌组织和34例正常鼻咽组织中CCNG2蛋白的表达情况。[结果]免疫组织化学结果表明,CCNG2蛋白在鼻咽癌组织及正常鼻咽组织中的表达阳性率分别为37.9%、91.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Western Blot结果表明,CCNG2的蛋白在鼻咽癌组织的相对表达量较正常鼻咽组织明显降低,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CCNG2蛋白表达与鼻咽癌T分期、临床分期及分化程度有关(P<0.05)。[结论]鼻咽癌组织中CCNG2蛋白表达明显减低,且与鼻咽癌T分期、临床分期及肿瘤分化有关。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of cyclin G2 (CCNG2) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its significance. [Method] The expression of CCNG2 protein in 87 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 34 cases of normal nasopharyngeal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. [Results] Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive rates of CCNG2 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and normal nasopharyngeal tissues were 37.9% and 91.2%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The results of Western Blot showed that the relative expression of CCNG2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal nasopharyngeal tissues (P <0.05). The expression of CCNG2 protein was correlated with T stage, clinical stage and differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of CCNG2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly decreased, which was related to the T stage, clinical stage and tumor differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
