首次成功地从不同培养基上诱导出蔓生长春花的愈伤组织。实验证明基本培养基MS比6、7V为佳。植物激素组合效应表明附加1.2mg/LKT,1.0mg/LNAA以及1.0mg/L2,4—D的MS培养基最有利于愈伤组织的诱导和生长。不同的外植体对愈伤组织的诱导和生长均有影响。愈伤组织再分化成完整植株亦获得成功。在含有0.2mg/LNAA和2.0mg/L6BAMS分化培养基上诱导出芽和完整植株,诱导率高达90%。再生植株在上述分化培养基上生长良好。
For the first time, the callus of C. przewalskii was successfully induced from different media. Experiments show that the basic medium MS is better than 6,7 V. Phytohormones showed that MS medium supplemented with 1.2 mg / L KT, 1.0 mg / L NAA and 1.0 mg / L 2,4-D was the best for callus induction and growth. Different explants have effects on callus induction and growth. Callus re-differentiation into intact plants also succeeded. Budding and intact plants were induced at 0.2 mg / L NAA and 2.0 mg / L 6 BAMS differentiation medium with as high as 90% induction rate. The regenerated plants grew well on the above differentiation medium.
