湖北省基础研究围绕创新驱动发展战略实施,强化与地方经济发展需求相结合,支撑湖北区域创新能力建设。本文总结了十二五湖北基础研究的成绩,介绍了立足资源优势、创新工作机制的举措,提出了顶层谋划、创新机制、需求导向、强化区域特色的湖北省基础研究发展思路。
Basic research in Hubei Province focused on innovation-driven development strategy implementation, strengthening the integration with local economic development needs, and supporting the construction of Hubei’s regional innovation capability. This paper summarizes the achievements of the 12th Five-year Hubei basic research, introduces the measures based on resource advantages and innovation work mechanism, and puts forward the thinking of basic research development in Hubei Province on the top-level planning, innovation mechanism, demand orientation and regional characteristics.
