人类疾病,特别是多基因遗传病相关基因的定位,是目前医学遗传学和基因研究中的难点和热点。本文简要介绍疾病基因定位的几种常用分析方法,包括连锁分析法(参数法和非参数法)、关联分析和传递不平衡分析的基本原理和应用范围。
The location of human diseases, especially genes associated with polygenic genetic diseases, is a difficult and hot topic in medical genetics and gene research. This article briefly introduces several commonly used analysis methods for disease gene mapping, including the basic principles and applications of linkage analysis (parametric and non-parametric methods), association analysis, and transfer imbalance analysis.
