胸腺是动物体内最早形成的淋巴器官,其基质由上皮细胞组成,胸腺的上皮细胞能合成和分泌胸腺激素。胸腺及其分泌的激素,对T淋巴细胞的正常分化成熟、对淋巴系统功能的调节、免疫稳定性的维持及免疫监管等方面都具有重要的作用。随着年龄的增长,胸腺逐渐萎缩,胸腺激素水平亦逐渐降低,免疫功能随之下降。本实验对不同日龄小鼠胸腺重量作了一些观察和比较。材料和方法 1.小鼠来源:从成都生物制品所购回昆明种小鼠。在本院动物房饲养、繁殖。 2.胸腺组织标本的选取:各窝雌雄小鼠,记录出生日期。分别在10、20、30、37、44、51、58以及300天,随机分出部份小鼠,称重后,断头、立即解剖,取出胸腺,用泸纸吸去胸腺上的液体。在组织天平上称取胸腺的重量,换算成每100克小鼠体重之胸腺毫
