在分析了矿石损失与矸石混入模型存在的问题与不足的基础上,假定筒式露天采矿机开采底线在矿石与矸石分界线上下一定范围内变动,根据总损失最小的原则建立了矿石损失与矸石混入优化模型,并利用模型结果给出了露天采矿机矿层选采厚度的确定方法。对国内某大型露天煤矿的实例研究结果表明,优化模型在露天采矿机的一个切削周期内可以为该矿减少损失6.572元,优化模型更加合理。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems and deficiencies of ore loss and gangue mixing model, it is assumed that the bottom line of the open pit mining machine varies within a certain range from the boundary between ore and gangue. According to the principle of minimum total loss, the ore loss and waste rock Mixed with the optimization model, and the results of the model are given to determine the thickness of the open pit mining machine mining thickness. The case study of a large opencast coal mine in China shows that the optimization model can reduce the loss of 6.572 yuan during the cutting cycle of the open pit miner, and the optimization model is more reasonable.
