针对煤化工专业毕业生就业难,企业招聘也难这一不正常现象进行了深入分析,指出其原因是煤化工专业人才培养体系存在理论与实践应用脱节、毕业生工程实践动手能力及工程设计能力差等问题,导致毕业生不能满足现代企业需求。提出围绕学生职业发展和行业企业未来需求强化工程实践能力、工程设计能力及工程创新能力培养,科学合理安排理论教学和实践教学内容、方式及时间节点,构建有利于综合能力和职业素养提升的人才培养体系。
