随着社会的不断发展和进步,人民安居乐业,生活生平显著提高,出现人口老龄化问题,且日益严重。退休人员逐年增加,其中包括很多党员,如何处理好离退休党员党务工作是摆在企业面前的新课题。本研究通过对新形势下企业离退休党务工作的了解,提出指导性与实效性工作建议,从体系、环境设施、学习、生活等方面进行分析,以为相关领域研究提供参考。
With the continuous development and progress of the society, the people live and work in peace and contentment with a marked increase in their daily life. The problem of population aging has become increasingly serious. Retirees have increased year by year, including many party members. How to handle the party work of retired party members is a new task for enterprises. Through understanding of the work of retired party work in enterprises in the new situation, this study puts forward suggestions of guidance and practical work, and analyzes the system, environment facilities, study and life so as to provide reference for the research in related fields.
