目的:观察复方雷公藤胶囊对银屑病动物模型的药效学作用,为制剂的进一步研究提供理论依据。方法:分别采用雌鼠阴道上皮细胞模型和小鼠尾部鳞片模型观察复方雷公藤胶囊对雌鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂和小鼠尾部鳞片颗粒层的作用。结果:复方雷公藤胶囊能抑制雌鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,促进小鼠尾部鳞片颗粒层的形成。结论:复方雷公藤胶囊具有抗银屑病的药理作用。
Objective: To observe the pharmacodynamic effects of compound Tripterygium wilfordii capsule on animal models of psoriasis and provide theoretical basis for further study of preparations. METHODS: Female rat vaginal epithelial cell model and mouse tail scales model were used to observe the effects of compound tripterygium wilfordii capsule on mitosis and vaginal granule layer of female mouse vaginal epithelial cells. Results: Compound Tripterygium wilfordii can inhibit mitosis of vaginal epithelial cells of female rats and promote the formation of granular layer of mouse tail scales. Conclusion: The compound Tripterygium wilfordii capsule has pharmacological effects against psoriasis.
