2016年以来,西夏热电公司机务检修部汽机班和锅炉班积极加强“六型”班组建设工作,班组建设取得了显著成效。学习型班组建设班组以公司多年坚持开展的“深化开展学习型企业建设活动”为载体,将学习作为一项常态化工作不断推进。一是通过定期组织技术骨干人员进行技术讲课,有效提升了班组成员的理论水平。二是针对不同岗位的工作性质和专业分工,每月学习专业理论知识、安全法规、法律法规及公司文件。三是通过岗位练兵、机组检修和公司每年开展的背画系统图、技术比武等活动,练就过硬的本领,以满足日常的工作技术需求。四是班组经常组织大家交流检修经验与学习心得,相互促进提高检修水平。
