目的建立芪灯明目胶囊的鉴别方法与定量指标。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中的葛根素、黄芪甲苷;采用HPLC法测定其含量。结果葛根素和黄芪甲苷的薄层色谱特征明显,分离度好,斑点清晰;葛根素、野黄芩苷分別为5~40μg·m L-1(r=0.9999)、2~58μg·m L-1(r=0.9998)时,与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.38%(RSD=1.12%)、98.04%(RSD=1.44%)。结论所用方法简单、准确可靠、重复性好,可用于评价芪灯明目胶囊的质量。
Objective To establish the identification method and quantitative index of Qi Deng Mingmu capsule. Methods The puerarin and astragaloside were identified by TLC. The content of puerarin was determined by HPLC. Results Puerarin and Astragaloside were characterized by thin layer chromatography with good resolution and clear spots. Puerarin and scutellarin were 5 ~ 40μg · m L -1 (r = 0.9999), 2 ~ 58μg · m L- 1 (r = 0.9998). The average recoveries were 99.38% (RSD = 1.12%) and 98.04% (RSD = 1.44%), respectively. Conclusion The method used is simple, accurate and reliable, good repeatability, and can be used to evaluate the quality of Qi Deng Mingmu capsule.
