A court hearing in the District Court of the Singapore Supreme Court on 20 May caught the most attention. The 11 defendants in the court spat out all their crimes. Among the defendants, the youngest is 52 years old, the youngest is 17 years old, with tradesmen and workers as well as students and national service personnel. They were summoned to spit or spit on the spot last week by inspectors of the National Environment Bureau who visited all over the island. Although all of them pleaded guilty in court, the court sentenced them to a fine of S $ 300 per person, of whom three were fined for lack of money and finally received nine hours of volunteers instead of paying penalties. This is a microcosm of Singapore’s Wushu practices.
