中长跑日常训练是每项比赛项目日常训练的必修课,对提高运动员的耐力和持久力,对培养运动员的竞技精神都起到了十分关键的作用。本文通过分析当前中长跑训练任务提出了更有利于达到中长跑日常训练计划目的的几点建议。
The daily training of middle and long distance running is a compulsory course for daily training of each competition, which plays an important role in improving athletes ’stamina and endurance and in cultivating athletes’ athleticism. In this paper, by analyzing the current middle and long distance training tasks put forward more conducive to achieve the purpose of the daily training program for a few suggestions.
