针对产品概念设计思维收敛难度较大的问题,采用定性的研究方法,在造型设计过程中引入约束理论。就约束理论在产品造型概念设计中的可用性进行探讨,归纳用户个体、社会公共群体和功能技术型约束模式。分析约束理论在产品造型概念设计中的导向性和收敛性。从情景约束、概念定位约束、概念约束体系、造型约束和造型方案设计5个部分构建基于约束理论的产品造型概念设计方法。以案例应用进行验证,该方法对降低造型设计思维的复杂度具有可用性。
Aiming at the problem that product design idea convergence is more difficult, a qualitative research method is adopted to introduce the theory of constraint in the process of design. This paper discusses the availability of constraint theory in the conceptual design of product modeling, and summarizes the individual users, social public groups and functional and technical constraints. The Analysis and Convergence of Analysis Constraints Theory in the Conceptual Design of Product Modeling. From the five aspects of scenario constraint, concept positioning constraint, concept restraint system, modeling constraint and modeling scheme design, a conceptual design method of product modeling based on constraint theory is constructed. Validated by case application, this method is available to reduce the complexity of modeling design thinking.
