使用硫杂杯[4]芳烃的四乙酸乙酯衍生物1与过量水合肼反应,生成中间产物硫杂杯[4]芳烃四酰肼衍生物2,然后进一步与相应的芳醛反应,高产率地合成了3个新型的含酰胺和席夫碱单元的杯[4]芳烃衍生物3a-3c,所合成化合物的结构经1H-NMR,ESI-MS和元素分析等证实。又通过阳离子萃取实验证明,新型硫杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物比含有相似官能团的杯芳烃衍生物具有更强的软金属离子配合性能。
The tetraacetic acid ethyl ester derivative 1 using thiacalix [4] arene is reacted with excess hydrazine hydrate to generate the intermediate thiacalix [4] arene tetrahydrazide derivative 2, which is then further reacted with the corresponding aryl aldehyde to give a high yield Three novel calix [4] arene derivatives 3a-3c containing amide and Schiff base units were synthesized. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR, ESI-MS and elemental analysis. The results of cation extraction showed that the novel thiacalix [4] arene derivatives have stronger soft metal ion coordination properties than calixarene derivatives containing similar functional groups.
