学生在班级交往过程中出现人际关系冲突既有偶然性,又是一种必然现象。本文提出了班主任处理学生间冲突必须要以实事求是为基础,公平公正为保障,建立互信为导向,尊重人格为理念。掌握并充分运用这“四项基本原则”来处理冲突对于班级团结和个人品格的培养至关重要。 It is both inevitable and inevitable for students to have interpersonal conflicts in class communication. This paper proposes that the teacher in charge of class should deal with the conflict among students must be based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, fairness and justice as the guarantee, mutual trust and personality as the concept. Grasp and make full use of this “four basic principles” to handle the conflict is essential for the development of class unity and personal character.
