针对汽车覆盖件拉延成型易发生破裂、起皱和成型不足等缺陷,提出一种基于响应面法的优化方法。以拉延筋阻力系数和压边力作为优化因素,将最大减薄率、最大增厚率和安全评价函数作为目标函数,采用响应面法构建优化因素与目标函数间的拟合方程,求解得到最优的参数组合:t1为20%,t2为15%,t3为20%,压边力大小Fb为80 t。实际实验结果和有限元结果基本吻合,表明该方法可以有效优化拉延成形参数。
In view of the defects such as rupture, wrinkling and lack of forming which are prone to occur in the drawing of automobile coverings, an optimization method based on response surface method is proposed. Taking the drag coefficient and blank holder force as the optimization factors, the maximum thinning rate, the maximum thickening rate and the safety evaluation function are taken as objective functions. The response surface method is used to construct the fitting equation between the optimization factor and the objective function, and the solution is obtained The optimal combination of parameters: t1 is 20%, t2 is 15%, t3 is 20%, blank holder force size Fb is 80t. The experimental results are in good agreement with the finite element results, which show that this method can effectively optimize the drawing parameters.
