采用了聚合物先驱溶液成膜烧结法在LaAlO3单晶上制备了La0.67Ca0.33MnOx巨磁电阻薄膜。用X-射线衍射仪分析发现,在适当条件下薄膜结晶情况类似于用PLD法所制备出的外延薄膜。用标准四探针法测量了薄膜的CMR性能。发现用该法制得的薄膜具有很大的庞磁阻(CMR)效应,并且发现不同的工艺条件如烧结温度对薄膜的CMR效应有很大影响,为化学法制备La0.67Ca0.33MnOx薄膜提供了有用参考。
La0.67Ca0.33MnOx giant magnetoresistive thin film was prepared on LaAlO3 single crystal by using film formation and sintering method of polymer precursor solution. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that under appropriate conditions, the crystallization of the film is similar to the epitaxial film prepared by the PLD method. The CMR properties of the films were measured using a standard four-probe method. It is found that the film prepared by this method has a great effect on the magnetoresistance (CMR), and found that different process conditions such as sintering temperature have a great influence on the CMR effect of the film, which provides the chemical method for preparing La0.67Ca0.33MnOx film Useful reference
