自并行工程的概念引入我国以来,迄今已取得了相当的进展,越来越多的企业提出了对并行工程的需求。但对并行工程方法学和关键技术尚缺乏统一认识,特别是我国企业在现有条件下如何以CIMS信息集成为基础,实现并行产品开发还没有可参考的依据。本文根据作者从事863/CIMS重大关键技术攻关项目“并行工程”研究的经验,总结了并行工程最核心的方法学和技术,提出了实施并行工程的一般途径,为我国航空、航天、汽车、机床、电子等领域的并行产品开发提供了参考模式。
Since the introduction of the concept of parallel engineering into our country, considerable progress has been made so far, and more and more enterprises have put forward the demand for parallel engineering. However, there is a lack of unified understanding of methodology and key technologies of concurrent engineering. In particular, how to use CIMS information integration as a basis for our country’s enterprises under existing conditions is not yet available for reference. This article summarizes the core methodology and technology of concurrent engineering based on the author’s experience in “concurrent engineering”, a key project of 863 / CIMS, and puts forward the general approach of implementing parallel engineering. It provides a good reference for China’s aviation, aerospace, automotive, machine tool , Electronics and other areas of parallel product development provides a reference model.
