选用阴离子乳化沥青、水泥、砂、丁苯乳液、硅粉和消泡剂等原材料,在合适工艺条件下,通过优化原材料配合比制备乳化沥青水泥砂浆并测试其性能,证明其具有制备方法简单、和易性好、弹性模量低、抗压强度高等特点,可降低施工成本和劳动强度,提高工程质量,节能减排。
The emulsified asphalt cement mortar was prepared by optimizing the ratio of raw materials and tested its performance under the proper process conditions by using anionic emulsified asphalt, cement, sand, SBR emulsion, silica fume and defoaming agent, which proved that it has the advantages of simple preparation method, Good workability, low elastic modulus, high compressive strength, can reduce construction costs and labor intensity, improve project quality, energy saving and emission reduction.
