清开灵注射液在临床应用极为广泛,特别是对病毒感染的高热不退的患者,效果非常显著,但因其副作用的发生率2%～3%,这些副作用对患者存在一定的危害,广大医务工作者一定要严格掌握适应证,在使用过程中要密切观察,防止严重的副作用发生。
