大骨节病属于中医“中风历节”范畴。本病在流行地区县临床观察多发于儿童期,女性多于男性。其病因中西医均认为与居住、水质、饮食有关。笔者多年来采用中西医结合方法治疗大骨节病,临床上收到了满意效果,兹介绍如下。1 一般资料 病例来源于榆树市谢家乡,当地人群发病率为8.56％,儿童发病率为14.37％,其中8～12岁儿童多见,女性多于男性。共观察病人61例,其中最小年龄6岁,最大年龄42岁,平均年龄31岁。2 辨证分型 Kashin-Beck disease belongs to the category of “stroke calendar” of Chinese medicine.
