为了找到适合工厂生产条件的快速蒸汽养护粉煤灰硅酸盐混凝土的有效方法,我们在学习上海及国内外有关经验的基础上,针对蒸养粉煤灰硅酸盐混凝土存在的问题,提出了闭模加压蒸养的新工艺。闭模加压蒸养,就是在粉煤灰混合料成型后,在养护池内,快速升温,快速蒸养,制品表面用盖板封闭模盒,重迭钢模,利用钢模所装物料的重量,抑制制品在蒸养过程中的体积膨胀。一年来,我们对218组4484件试块,用一般蒸养和闭模加压快速蒸养进行了对比试验,现将试验结果简介于下。一、强度表1为有效氧化钙含量为15~20%,石膏掺加量为5%时,闭模加压快速蒸养与一般蒸养所得制品性
