目的 研究证实 ,血浆中同型半胱氨酸浓度升高是动脉粥样硬化和血栓形成疾病的独立危险因素 ,而影响同型半胱氨酸代谢的重要因素就是VB12 和叶酸。方法 是对我国黑龙江省汉族人群 65岁以下的脑血栓形成患者和健康体检者进行血清VB12 和叶酸浓度测定。结果 表明观察组血清VB12 和叶酸浓度与对照组相比有极其显著差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 提示脑血栓形成与血清VB12 和叶酸有明显相关性。对于脑血栓形成的患者的预防或许可以采用增补叶酸和VB12 这种最经济简便的方法。
PURPOSE: Studies have shown that elevated plasma homocysteine concentration is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis and thrombotic disorders, whereas important factors affecting homocysteine metabolism are VB12 and folic acid. The method is to measure serum VB12 and folate concentration in patients with cerebral thrombosis and healthy subjects under 65 years of age in Han nationality in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that the observation group, serum VB12 and folic acid concentrations compared with the control group has a very significant difference (P <0 0 0 1). Conclusions suggest that cerebral thrombosis and serum VB12 and folic acid have a significant correlation. Prevention of patients with cerebral thrombosis may be the most economical and easy way to add folic acid and VB12.
