采用孕15~17d的Wistar大鼠胎脑新皮质组织移植到同种幼鼠大脑新皮质的相应区。分别于术后7、15、30、60、150d应用免疫组织化学和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)追踪观察移植物存活、生长分化及其与宿主脑的整合和神经纤维联系的相关性。结果表明,大部分移植物内的幼稚神经元不仅能存活,且能生长分化直至成熟,其形态结构和宿主脑神经元相似,移植物和宿主脑界面建立不同程度的整合,部分存活的移植物和宿主胞间形成纤维径路联系。
The fetal cortex neocortical tissue from Wistar rats 15 to 17 days old was transplanted into the corresponding regions of neocortex in the same kind of young rats. Immunohistochemistry and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were used to observe the graft survival, growth and differentiation, and its relationship with host brain integration and nerve fiber connection at 7, 15, 30, 60 and 150 days after operation. The results showed that most of the grafts in the grafts not only survived, but also grew and differentiated into mature neurons.
