现代冰球运动要求运动员具备较高的速度力量训练水平.运动的理论与实践已经证明,少年时期是发展速度力量的最佳阶段.同时,对少年冰球运动员训练的分析证明,对提高这些素质的方法和手段进行专门分析还不够充分,因此,实效性较小.根据专家们的观点,为使少年冰球运动员速度力量训练的专门方法更合理,应当寻找不同于传统认识的新方法和新手段.这些方法和手段应既能提高训练的实效,又不过大地增加训练量和工作强度.
