通过对光在微生物悬浊液中传播机理的分析和研究,研制了一套智能微生物浓度测量系统。该系统采用特制的光纤传感器,并用单片机进行数据处理。实现了自动温度补偿、自动颜色校正、自动光强补偿、测量介质选择、自动故障诊断等功能。提高了测量精度,为工业上在线自动检测微生物浓度提供了切实可行的实施方案。
Through the analysis and research on the light transmission mechanism in the microbial suspension, a set of intelligent microbial concentration measurement system was developed. The system uses a special optical fiber sensor, and single-chip data processing. Achieved automatic temperature compensation, automatic color correction, automatic light intensity compensation, measurement media selection, automatic fault diagnosis and other functions. Improve the measurement accuracy, and provide a feasible implementation plan for the industrial on-line automatic detection of the microorganism concentration.
