近几年,在越炒越热的“渠道扁平化”和“终端营销”声中,许多中小型化妆品企业也开始纷纷舍去中间环节,自建网络进行终端营销。但因为终端营销需要庞大的网络和强大的管理能力作支撑,这些企业的网络与管理能力并不匹配,于是造成终端空心化出现。
