薄层色谱法是一种简便、快速、灵敏的分离分析方法,但由于仪器自动化程度、分辨率及重现性等方面的不足,较长时期停留在定性及半定量的水平。为了发挥这一技术的优势,七十年代开始为薄层色谱技术的仪器化、高效化、定量化进行了大量工作。目前已进入分离高效化、定量仪器化、数据处理自动化的阶段,从而使薄层色谱技术在色谱领域中又重新被重视起来。这一讲将讨论薄层色谱定量用的仪器及有关内容。
Thin layer chromatography (TLC) is a simple, rapid and sensitive method for separation and analysis. However, due to the lack of automation, resolution and reproducibility, TLC has remained at a qualitative and semi-quantitative level for a longer period of time. In order to take advantage of this technology, a great deal of work began to be done in the 1970s for the instrumentation, efficiency and quantification of thin-layer chromatography. At present, it has entered the stage of separation and high efficiency, quantitative instrumentation, and data processing automation, so that the TLC technique is again valued in the chromatographic field. This talk will discuss the use of TLC equipment and related content.
