从层序地层学研究入手,将珠江口盆地(东部)21~16.5Ma地层(大致相当于珠江组)划分成2个三级层序、5个体系域和16个准层序组.探讨了砂岩储层的物性、非均质性及其分布规律.通过岩心描述、遗迹古生态、测井相及地震相分析,结合本区沉积相演化特点,对按体系域或准层序组划分的7个层开展了沉积相时空演化规律的研究,分别建立了相应的沉积相模式.剖析了不同沉积微相对砂岩储层物性及非均质性的控制作用.研究表明,沉积环境对砂岩油田产能及开发效果也具有明显的影响,因此,沉积环境研究为制订合理的开发方案建立了良好的地质基础.
