对直角坐标平面孔组复合位置度或以自身图框为基准的位置度的检验,只凭一般的实测误差数据是不足以评定的。需通过计算,确定出孔组的旋转或平移量,使其尽量接近孔组的理想位置,然后对误差作出判断。但是,这种计算是较为繁杂的,耗时较多。为了节省计算时间,本文介绍一种利用微型计算机计算直角坐标平面孔组复合位置度或以自身图框为基准的位置度误差的方法,供同志们参考。
The test of Cartesian coordinate plane hole group complex position degree or the position degree based on the frame itself can not be assessed by the general measured error data. It is necessary to calculate the rotation or translation of the hole group so that it is as close as possible to the ideal position of the hole group and then make a judgment on the error. However, this calculation is more complicated and time-consuming. In order to save computation time, this paper introduces a method of using microcomputer to calculate the position error of Cartesian coordinate plane hole group or the position error based on its own frame for reference by the comrades.
