由于教师批评而导致的教育事件被频频曝出,引发了社会和教育学者的关注,教师批评被打上了教育“问题”的标签。究其原因,主要在于批评这一教育手段的使用不当以及教育部门处理教师批评问题时权益保障和法律的空缺。要恰当地运用批评这一教育手段,应正确区分作为必要教育手段的批评和不当批评,把尊重学生和教育批评统一起来,同时,弥补教育批评权背后的法律和制度缺失。只有这样,才能让教育尊严得到真正意义上的回归,才能实现社会、学生、体制对教师批评的文化尊重。
Educational events caused by teacher criticism are frequently exposed, which have aroused the concern of the society and education scholars. Teachers’ criticism has been labeled as “Education”. The reason is that the criticism of improper use of this means of education and the protection of the rights and interests of law and the vacancy of the law when the education department deals with teachers’ criticism. To properly criticize this educational measure, we should correctly distinguish criticisms and improper criticisms that are necessary educational tools, unify respect students with educational criticisms, and at the same time, make up for the lack of laws and institutions behind the educational criticism. Only in this way can educational dignity be truly regressed, so as to achieve the social, student and institutional cultural respect for teachers’ criticism.
