阿霉素(Adriamycin,ADR)是一种广谱高效抗肿瘤药物。然而,由于其有明显的剂量相关性心肌毒性作用,因此,严重限制了它在肿瘤治疗中的广泛应用。关于ADR心肌损伤的发生机理、普遍认为与自由基损伤有关。有文献报道硒及中药生脉散等具有抗自由基损伤作用。本文将生脉散与硒麦芽有机的结合起来,通过动物实验观察了生脉散和硒脉芽对ADR心肌毒性的防治作用,现报告如下。
Adriamycin (ADR) is a broad-spectrum and highly effective antitumor drug. However, due to its significant dose-related myocardial toxicity, it has severely limited its widespread use in cancer therapy. The mechanism of ADR myocardial injury is generally believed to be related to free radical damage. It has been reported in the literature that selenium and traditional Chinese medicine Shengmaisan have anti-free radical damage. In this paper, Shengmaisan and selenium malt are organically combined. Through the animal experiments, the preventive and therapeutic effects of Shengmaisan and Selenium and Maimai on ADR myocardial toxicity were observed. The report is as follows.
