目的 比较不同剂型溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐后的灭蚊效率。方法 采用击倒试验法和药帐接触法,观察中华按蚊的击倒和死亡情况,以Finney 机率分析法进行统计分析,并进行显著性检验。结果 中华按蚊对不同剂型的溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯的KT50 在7-17—15-45min 之间:被击倒蚊虫24h 后的死亡率均为100% ;接触浸药帐纱3min 的校正死亡率均大于90 % ;1 年后中华按蚊的KT50 仍在10-82—16-17min 之间,其24h 后的死亡率均在50% 以上。结论 溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐后对中华按蚊不仅有很强的毒杀作用,而且有较长的持效;击倒试验法和药帐接触法简便易行,适合于浸帐灭蚊地区现场应用。
Objective To compare the efficiency of mosquito control with different dosage forms of deltamethrin and cyfluthrin soaked nets. Methods The knock-down test and drug-contact method were used to observe the knock-down and death of Anopheles sinensis. Statistical analysis was conducted with Finney probability analysis method and the significance test was conducted. Results The KT50 of Anopheles sinensis against different dosage forms of deltamethrin and cyfluthrin was between 7-17 and 15-45min: the mortality rate was 100% after being knocked down for 24 hours; Mortality rates were more than 90%. After 1 year, the KT50 of Anopheles sinensis was still between 10-82-16-17min, and its mortality after 24 hours was above 50%. Conclusion Deltamethrin and cyfluthrin impregnated mosquito nets not only have a strong toxic effect on Anopheles sinensis, but also have a long lasting effect. The knock-down test method and drug-drug contact method are simple and convenient, Mosquito area on-site application.
