卡拉套磷块岩矿石使用化工矿山设计研究院研制的新型抑制剂和捕收剂,通过直接浮选工艺大都获得了满意的工艺指标。本文重点探索了单因素对浮选指标影响的趋势,提供了可选择的最佳范围。最终的工艺流程获得精矿品位P_2O_529.77%,收率88.28%的分选指标,精矿含MgO1.54%。通过试验,也简化了卡拉套磷矿细磨脱泥、反—正浮选流程,并且相应地提高了工艺收率和改善了产品质量。
Kala Phosphorite ore using chemical mine design and Research Institute developed a new inhibitor and collector, most of the direct flotation process obtained by the satisfactory process indicators. This article focuses on the single factor on the impact of the trend of flotation targets, providing the best range of options. The final technological process to obtain concentrate grade P_2O_529.77%, yield 88.28% of the sorting index, concentrate containing MgO 1.54%. Through the test, it also simplifies fine grinding desliming, anti-positive flotation of karat phosphorous, and correspondingly increases process yield and improves product quality.
