30CrMnsiNi2A钢是我国常用的航空材料之一,它属于超高强度钢,用于制造飞机上的重要受力件。因此,研究这种钢的断裂韧性及其影响因素是航空工业的重要课题之一。 为了探索这个问题,我们用了一年多的时间对七个钢厂、五十六个炉批号、九种规格(棒材)的该材料进行了K_(IC)以及常规机械性能、化学成份、金相组织的测试,积累了1736个数据,现将我们的试验情况和分析结果报告如下。 一、试验条件 30CrMnSiNi2A钢棒材的毛坯状态为热轧或热锻,电渣冶炼。热处理制度:900±10℃油淬,250±10℃回火。试验温度:15~25℃。介质环境:空气。取样方位:L-C。K_(IC)试验方法采用ASTM-E399-74。试样型式:标准
30CrMnsiNi2A steel is one of the most commonly used aviation materials in China. It belongs to ultra-high-strength steel, which is used to manufacture important force components on aircraft. Therefore, the study of the fracture toughness of steel and its influencing factors is one of the important topics in the aviation industry. In order to explore this issue, it took more than a year for K_ (IC), as well as conventional mechanical properties, chemical composition, and mechanical properties of seven steel mills, fifty-six batch numbers, and nine specifications (bars) Metallographic testing, the accumulation of 1736 data, now we test the situation and analysis of the results reported below. First, the test conditions 30CrMnSiNi2A rough bar for the status of hot-rolled or hot forging, electroslag smelting. Heat treatment system: 900 ± 10 ℃ oil quenching, 250 ± 10 ℃ tempering.
