针对飞机结构强度试验中飞机结构损伤位置定位困难这一问题,采用基于时差(time difference of arrival,TDOA)的定位方法,比较了最小二乘法和最优化方法的定位精度;并对影响定位精度的因素进行了分析讨论。然后采用十六元八边形声阵列建立了定位系统,在试验现场对机翼盒段的敲击声进行定位。结果表明声阵列能够消除混响及低频噪声的影响,具有良好的定位精度,适用于飞机结构强度试验。
Aiming at the problem of locating the damage location of aircraft structure in aircraft structure strength test, a positioning method based on time difference of arrival (TDOA) is used to compare the positioning accuracy of least square method and optimization method. Factors were analyzed and discussed. Then a 16-octagonal octagonal array was used to establish the positioning system, and the percussion sound of the wing box segment was located at the test site. The results show that the acoustic array can eliminate the influence of reverberation and low frequency noise, and has good positioning accuracy and is suitable for aircraft structure strength test.
