对板蓝根中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn和Cu 6种金属元素的化学形态进行了分析。采用煎煮法将元素提取后,分别用0.45μm微孔滤膜、LSA-10大孔吸附树脂、正辛醇—水分配体系,加以区分元素的可溶态与悬浮态、有机态与无机态、醇溶态与水溶态,最后用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对湿法消解后的各种元素进行测定。结果表明,6种元素的提取率为14.94%~53.67%,悬浮态的颗粒吸附率0.63%~20.70%,加标回收率95.0%~103.2%,RSD(n=6)≤3.2%。
The chemical forms of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in Radix isatidis were analyzed. After the element was extracted by decoction method, the soluble and suspended elements of the element were distinguished by 0.45μm microporous membrane, LSA-10 macroporous adsorption resin and n-octanol-water partitioning system, respectively. The organic and inorganic states , Alcohol-soluble and water-soluble. Finally, the various elements after wet-digestion were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The results showed that the extraction rates of six elements were 14.94% ~ 53.67%, the adsorption rates of suspended particles were 0.63% ~ 20.70%, the recoveries were 95.0% ~ 103.2%, RSD (n = 6) ≤3.2%.
