本文分析了旋翼轴颈故障断口及轴颈受力状态后,采用在PBV卧式程控疲劳试验机上附加一个对试件沿轴向施加静态拉伸负荷的液压加力装置,对新件、旧件及旧件经喷丸的三组不同状态的轴颈进行了拉弯组合载荷作用下的元件疲劳试验。用t检验方法对三组轴颈疲劳寿命的显著性检验结果表明,采用轴颈螺纹部分喷玻璃丸的工艺可以提高轴颈的疲劳寿命1.13~10.14倍。此外,作者还通过对轴颈断口的宏观和电子扫描观察分析表明,试验件靳口基本上再现了故障件断口;喷丸轴颈的疲劳裂纹产生于轴颈表皮下面,从而导致了疲劳寿命的提高。
