开展残疾人高等教育对于促进教育公平,提升残疾学生的生活生命质量具有重要的社会意义。混合学习是当前教育变革趋势之一,从完全在线学习的MOOC进展到被国内外越来越多大学推崇的SPOC模式,以及大家耳熟能详的翻转课堂等,无一不是混合学习的体现。对于有着特殊需求的残疾学生而言,基于混合学习的角度思考残疾人高等教育教学问题具有重要的现实针对性。
Carrying out higher education for the handicapped is of great social significance to promote fair education and improve the quality of life of disabled students. Mixed learning is one of the trends of current education reform. From the progress of MOOC, which is completely online learning, to the SPOC mode promoted by more and more universities at home and abroad, as well as the overturning classrooms that everyone is familiar with, mixed learning is not only a reflection of mixed learning. For students with disabilities with special needs, it is important to think about the teaching of higher education in the handicapped from the perspective of mixed learning.
