目的观察肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中IL-9、IL-17水平并分析其临床意义。方法将2014年2月—2015年3月接受治疗的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿78例设为观察组,同时选择同期正常健康的儿童78例设为对照组,观察组患儿接受肺炎支原体肺炎的常规治疗,观察治疗前患儿血清中IL-9、IL-17水平的变化。结果治疗前,观察组小儿血清中的IL-9、IL-17水平明显高于对照组小儿血清中的IL-9、IL-17水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组小儿血清中的IL-9、IL-17水平分别为(17±2)pg/ml和(138.46±16.85)pg/ml,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组小儿比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中IL-9、IL-17水平均有不同程度的上升,监测肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中IL-9、IL-17水平的变化有利于评估患儿的病情和预后情况。
Objective To observe the serum levels of IL-9 and IL-17 in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and analyze its clinical significance. Methods A total of 78 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were treated from February 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the observation group and 78 normal children were selected as the control group. The children in the observation group received routine Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia The changes of serum IL-9 and IL-17 levels in children before treatment were observed.
