升华拜克:国产色氨酸的先行者

色氨酸是人体和动物所需的重要限制性氨基酸之一,广泛应用于医药、食品、饲料添加剂领域。随着饲料工业的发展以及色氨酸产业的技术进步、规模化生产,色氨酸在动物饲料中的应用倍受关注。2000年以来,随着全球肉类需求的不断增加,以及亚洲、南美等一些国家养殖规模进程的加速,全球工业饲料产量强劲增长。据Feed International杂志测算,2010年全球饲料产量由2000年的5.92亿t增加到7.20亿t,年均增长速度为1.97%。中国饲料产量也达到了1.62亿t。需求的增加为饲用氨基酸市场带来新一轮的扩展机会,并点燃了中国国产色氨酸项目投产的热情。据不完全统计,2010年对外公开上马色氨酸项目的企业十余家,对外宣布产能总和达9 720 t,尽管市场实际投放产能仅为1 000多t,但这已是2009年的2倍。在众多投产色氨酸项目的国内企业中,浙江升华拜克生物股份有限公司是行动最早的企业。早在2006年就对L-色氨酸产品的生产技术进行研究和攻关;2007年,首家获得L-色氨酸的生产许可证和产品批准文号;2008年,产品陆续投入市场;2009年,产品开始大批量投放市场。期间不断进行菌种基因工程改造、发酵优化等核心技术的摸索与改进。其产品的各项指标均符合农业部饲料添加剂质量标准及美国药典标准,达到国际先进水平。那么,以生产兽药及农药出身的升华拜克进入氨基酸生产领域基于何种考虑?在激烈的市场竞争中,他们具备哪些核心竞争要素?面对烽烟四起的色氨酸市场,他们又将如何发力?本期《中国畜牧杂志》邀请浙江升华拜克生物股份有限公司(以下简称“升华拜克”或“拜克”)副总经理陈为群先生与我们分享拜克在国产色氨酸之路上的精彩故事,近距离领略国产色氨酸先行者的飞扬风采。 Tryptophan is one of the important limiting amino acids required by humans and animals and is widely used in the fields of medicine, food and feed additives. According to the estimates of Feed International magazine, global feed production in 2010 increased from 592 million tons in 2000 to 720 million tons with an average annual growth rate of 1.97%. China’s feed production also reached 162 million t. The increase in demand brings a new round of expansion opportunities for the forage amino acid market and ignites the enthusiasm for putting into operation the domestic tryptophan project in China. According to incomplete statistics, a dozen of the more than 10 enterprises that launched the tryptophan project in 2010 disclosed a total of 9 720 t of capacity. Although the actual capacity of the market is only over 1,000 tons, this is twice that of 2009 . Among the many domestic enterprises that have started the tryptophan project, Zhejiang Shenghua Bio-Bio Co., Ltd. is the earliest enterprise to take the initiative.
